Welcome to Fall Indoor Training
Fall Roller Sessions:
Join us for a great cardio workout at our weekly roller sessions! Wheelchair racing equipment is available to participate in the workout and fluid trainers are available for those who wish to cycle (own handcycle is required). A universal gym and medicine ball workout will be available as well for those looking for a strength workout. As space is limited, please contact James or Emily to secure your training spot and appropriate equipment each week as it is on a first come, first serve basis.
Date: Every Wednesday, October 4th – December 6th, 2017
Time: 5:00pm set up/warm up; 5:30pm start

Indoor Wheelchair Racing and Seated Throws Program
Interested in trying wheelchair racing or seated throws? Our weekly practices at the Richmond Olympic Oval are a perfect time to meet our athletes and try the sport yourself! If you’re planning on attending please contact James or Emily to ensure we have the appropriate equipment and space available for you!
Date: Thursdays, October 5th – December 7th, 2017 (no session Oct 12th, Nov 2nd or 9th)
Time: 1:00 – 2:30pm
Location: Richmond Olympic Oval (6111 River Road, Richmond BC, V7C 0A2)
Cost: $10 drop in or $40 for all sessions (first time trying the sport is free!)
